If you are thinking about visiting Santorini, I would recommend you to stay in Thira which has lovely hotels for a good value. From there you can visit Oia by public transport which is far cheaper and it only takes 20 minutes.
Two days are enough to visit this Island unless you want to spend more days enjoying its beaches.
